Job Summary

Focusing on recruiting experienced sales professionals within the third-party logistics and freight brokerage industry, the full-time National Sales Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop strategies to attract top talent while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for experienced sales hiring across all office locations nationwide
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced freight brokerage and logistics sales professionals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience within the third-party logistics or freight brokerage industry required
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of logistics sales structures, compensation plans, and industry terminology
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
