National Service Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Service Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadside assistance and dispatch service through vendor portals
• Set up replacement rentals for clients needing alternative transportation
• Conduct follow-ups with repair facilities and communicate with vendor partners regarding service status

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Kansas City Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/KS counties
• Two (2) years of experience in customer and/or vendor support
• Two (2) years of administrative support experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
