National Specialist for Mid-Term Review

Job Summary

National Specialist for Mid-Term Review will work part-time on a non-staff basis for 30 days over 2 months, supporting the Mid-Term Review of a project focused on enhancing water and food security in Pacific Island countries through data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and contribute to data-collection tool preparation
• Collect primary data through interviews and meetings with stakeholders during country visits
• Analyze evidence and contribute to the drafting of the Mid-Term Review report

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Environment Science, Natural Resources Management, Water Resources Management, or related fields
• 3 years of relevant experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
• Working knowledge of English
• National of Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, or Fiji
• Experience with UN agencies in the Pacific is required
