Job Summary
National Specialist for Mid-Term Review will work part-time on a non-staff basis for 30 days over 2 months, supporting the Mid-Term Review of a project focused on enhancing water and food security in Pacific Island countries through data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project documentation and contribute to data-collection tool preparation
- Collect primary data through interviews and meetings with stakeholders during country visits
- Analyze evidence and contribute to the drafting of the Mid-Term Review report
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Environment Science, Natural Resources Management, Water Resources Management, or related fields
- 3 years of relevant experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Working knowledge of English
- National of Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, or Fiji
- Experience with UN agencies in the Pacific is required
