Job Summary
To support a national initiative focused on women's heart health, the contract-based National Survey Research Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of a survey aimed at understanding barriers to diagnosis and care for women with cardiovascular disease, working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a survey instrument in collaboration with WomenHeart staff and a Steering Committee, ensuring methodological rigor and inclusivity
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to ensure diverse and representative participation from key populations
- Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings into actionable insights, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Experience in public health, health services research, or a related field
- Proven ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations for programs or policy
- Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, such as advisory groups or steering committees
- Demonstrated success working with mission-driven organizations, particularly in health or patient advocacy
- Strong project management skills and experience working collaboratively with small nonprofit teams
