Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Field Training Manager for the Patient Services Access Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness
  • Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage the onboarding and mentorship of other trainers
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
  • 5+ years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with critical learning/teaching platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations affecting pharmaceutical products
