Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Field Training Manager for the Patient Services Access Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions to enhance participant effectiveness
- Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage the onboarding and mentorship of other trainers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- 5+ years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with critical learning/teaching platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of applicable regulations affecting pharmaceutical products
