Job Summary

Leading a team of commercial auto liability claims adjusters, the full-time Nationwide Licensed Auto Claims Manager will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in accordance with best practices for claims management
• Manage the hiring, training, and development of adjusters to foster a culture of performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 12 years of related claims experience
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
