Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Medicine Physician (MD or DO) Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations via phone and/or video, following state telemedicine regulations
• Perform in-depth patient assessments to evaluate health histories, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include nutritional therapy and lifestyle modifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active medical licensure in all 50 states and Washington D.C
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field
• Certification or substantial training in Functional Medicine
• Minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience and 3-5 years in clinical practice focused on integrative medicine
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and adaptability to new protocols
