Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of patient care
• Develop procedures for billing, compliance, and training, while partnering with various teams to meet clinical and financial targets

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business
• Experience in a rapidly growing startup or multi-state care delivery organization
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical support role
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
• Five or more years of healthcare management experience, including virtual care operations
