Nature-based Solutions Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nature-based Solutions Investments - Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze bankability of NbS projects, develop carbon eligibility assessments, and prepare investment models
• Support investment readiness and due diligence processes, including managing relationships with investees and preparing investment memos
• Oversee operational and financial performance of investees, manage local partners, and prepare performance reports for the fund

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience for Associates or 7-12 years for Principals in nature-based project development
• Proficient in Excel modeling and assessing financial viability of NbS projects
• Fluent in Spanish, with strong English communication skills
• Experience managing investments in NbS, agriculture, or forestry projects
• Knowledge of NbS emission reduction market standards and performance monitoring
