Job Summary
A company is looking for a Naval Engineering Support Program Manager to provide executive leadership and program management oversight for the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering and Technical Support Services contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all program activities supporting engineering and technical services for USCG surface asset acquisition and lifecycle support
- Establish and oversee a Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure integrated planning, execution, and performance across all task areas
- Oversee engineering support activities, manage program financials, and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of program management experience supporting federal contracts
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale engineering or acquisition programs
- Proven experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition lifecycle and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
