Job Summary

A company is looking for a Naval Instructional Designer I to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development of instructor-led, paper-based, and online training curricula
Collaborate with various teams to deliver training products
Apply ADDIE and Agile instructional design methodologies to course design and development efforts

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret / NACI clearance
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in eLearning design and development
Experience designing and developing interactive media at IMI Level 2 and basic Level 3
Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate
