Navigation Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Navigation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state estimation and localization algorithms to enhance navigation accuracy
• Collaborate with applied science teams on R&D for integrating novel Quantum navigation techniques
• Design and analyze software components of navigation solutions and assess their performance through testing and verification

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of development experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to USG contract requirements
• Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with software development and unit testing
• Experience with navigation sensor hardware/software integration and state estimation techniques
• Familiarity with navigation systems and algorithms, including GNSS and INS
