Navigator - Substance Use Recovery

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for patients in the Virtual Substance Use Recovery Program, the full-time Navigator will provide compassionate support, coordinate telemedicine appointments, and assist with patient intake and documentation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemedicine appointments and facilitate patient admissions, onboarding, and discharge processes
• Answer incoming calls, educate patients about program services, and conduct outreach to prospective patients
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records while supporting clinic operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
