• Serve as a Product Manager for the Navy Domain, collaborating with Navy Tech Leads to establish a technical roadmap for mission outcomes
• Align product roadmaps to technical roadmaps and provide feedback to the Product segment on mission needs for feature adoption
• Foster an environment for team growth, mentorship, and adherence to company values and principles

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active SECRET clearance
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Proficient in modern software development processes, including DevSecOps and Agile frameworks
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Experience in software delivery for mission success within the tech industry or Department of Defense
