Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active SECRET clearance
• Proficient in modern software development processes, including DevSecOps and Agile frameworks
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Technical depth to understand and communicate architectural decisions
• Passion for software delivery in the tech industry or Department of Defense
