Navy Mission Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with Navy Tech Leads, the full-time remote Navy Mission Manager will establish a technical roadmap for mission outcomes, facilitate feedback between delivery and product teams, and manage priorities to deliver scalable mission value.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a Mission Manager for the Navy Domain, aligning product roadmaps with technical roadmaps
• Facilitate feedback from the Delivery segment to the Product segment regarding OSS projects and productized services
• Foster an environment for team growth, mentorship, and adherence to company values and principles

Required qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and active SECRET clearance
• Proficiency in modern software development processes, including DevSecOps and Agile frameworks
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Passion for software delivery in mission-critical environments, particularly within the tech industry or Department of Defense
