Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Navy Growth Strategy Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical proposals for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements
• Evaluate technical content to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve proposal quality and collaborate with proposal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in proposal development/reviews
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to evaluate complex information
• Prior experience in proposal review or technical evaluation is preferred
• Top Secret clearance, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
