NBHWC Certified Health Coach Faculty
Job Summary
To support the Health Coach Certification Program, the fully remote NBHWC Certified Health Coach Faculty will lead live instruction, conduct 1:1 student assessments, and provide feedback to enhance the program's quality.
Key responsibilities
- Teach board-approved curriculum weekly during 90-minute live sessions
- Conduct 1:1 Practical Skills Assessment sessions with students during three assessment windows
- Provide regular feedback for continuous program improvement based on student interaction
Required qualifications
- NBHWC certified coach
- Master's Degree in a Health & Wellness field approved by NBHWC
- Familiarity with NBHWC's core curriculum
- Alignment with mindbodygreen values regarding functional nutrition
- Completed 60 hours of coaching training and 200 hours of coaching sessions post-certification
