Job Summary
A company is looking for an NBHWC-Certified Health Coach Certification Practical Skills Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 Practical Skills Assessment sessions with students during the 20-week cohorts
- Grade student coaching videos using the Practical Skills Assessment Rubric and provide feedback
- Offer regular feedback to improve the program based on student interactions
Required Qualifications
- NBHWC certified coach with certification number provided upon application
- Completed 200 hours of coaching sessions after becoming board certified
- Familiarity with NBHWC's core curriculum
- Alignment with values related to functional nutrition and well-being
- Comfort with live instruction technology and feedback sessions via Zoom
