NC, IN, KY Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide telemedicine services during night shifts, the full-time NC, IN, or KY Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner will manage primary-care consultations, ensure compliance with telehealth protocols, and maintain communication with facility staff and patients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary-care telemedicine services in accordance with site-specific protocols and standards of care
• Provide on-call tele triage, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to telehealth etiquette protocols
• Establish and maintain positive communication with facility staff, providing necessary instructions and feedback regarding patient care

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current and valid license to practice in NC, IN, or KY, with additional state licenses as required
• Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired
• All necessary certifications to perform responsibilities must be current and valid
