Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary-care telemedicine services following site-specific protocols
• Conduct on-call tele triage and ensure proper documentation and patient consent
• Maintain communication with facility staff and adhere to legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired
• Licensure in NC, IN, or KY; additional state licenses may be required
• All necessary certifications must be current and valid
