Job Summary
Providing regional support and coordination, the full-time NC Licensed CTE Coordinator will facilitate CTE program compliance, deliver professional development, and offer technical assistance to educational personnel in Wake County, NC, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to CTE personnel and support staff across public school units
- Facilitate local, regional, and statewide professional development opportunities for CTE participants
- Monitor compliance with federal and state laws, reviewing and approving local applications and budgets for CTE programs
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in an education-related field from an accredited institution
- Four years of relevant experience in public education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred experience as a CTE Director at a Public School Unit (PSU)
- Preferred possession of a 711 CTE Director License
