NC Licensed CTE Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing regional support and coordination, the full-time NC Licensed CTE Coordinator will facilitate CTE program compliance, deliver professional development, and offer technical assistance to educational personnel in Wake County, NC, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to CTE personnel and support staff across public school units
• Facilitate local, regional, and statewide professional development opportunities for CTE participants
• Monitor compliance with federal and state laws, reviewing and approving local applications and budgets for CTE programs

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in an education-related field from an accredited institution
• Four years of relevant experience in public education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred experience as a CTE Director at a Public School Unit (PSU)
• Preferred possession of a 711 CTE Director License
