NC Licensed DAID Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support statewide education initiatives, the full-time NC Licensed DAID Program Coordinator will coordinate, promote, and direct training programs remotely, ensuring compliance with regulations and collaborating with various agencies to assess training needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate regional education and training programs by planning course delivery and aligning content with state and federal requirements
• Develop and conduct training courses based on regional program needs and statutory obligations
• Evaluate training programs and prepare reports documenting outcomes and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Two years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in planning and coordinating multi-course training programs
• Documented experience developing and conducting training sessions with varying content complexity
• Prior experience working with state, local, and federal partners to identify training needs
