NC Licensed Management Liability Broker

Job Summary

Seeking an NC Licensed Management Liability Broker, the full-time position offers a remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangement and focuses on managing a book of business, supporting placements in Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability, while negotiating with insurance carriers and developing strategic recommendations for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in accordance with service model standards
• Support placement of Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability programs, developing go-to-market strategies
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and analyze coverage options for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Background as a generalist broker or experience across multiple lines is preferred
• Foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, with exposure to management liability, cyber, or professional liability preferred
