Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful loan transactions
- Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, and generate new business opportunities
- Create personal relationships with clients and provide information about mortgage products
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience as a mortgage loan originator
- Licensure with the NMLS in either NC or SC
- Experience with Encompass
- Intermediate understanding of loan program guidelines and various types of loans
