Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP/ Senior Broker, Commercial Lines (Charlotte or remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute broking strategies for Middle Market accounts
• Negotiate terms and pricing with carriers while resolving placement challenges
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred
• More than 10 years of experience in Commercial lines servicing/sales
• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• P&C license required upon hire
• Deep market knowledge of Commercial Line and industry insights
