NC, VA, or OH Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time remote Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary-care telemedicine services following site-specific protocols and manage facility relationships
• Conduct on-call tele triage, ensuring proper patient consent and documentation
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or physician assistant certification
• Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired
• Licensed in KY and IN to start; additional state licenses may be required
• All necessary certifications must be current and valid
