Job Summary

NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant Faculty, this part-time position involves teaching and mentoring students in a remote setting, focusing on enhancing educational materials and facilitating student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and serve as an educator and mentor to students
  • Create and improve educational materials and syllabi while ensuring quality in curriculum
  • Utilize various teaching methodologies to engage students and assess their learning outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 0-4 years of teaching experience in a University or College setting, preferably in Physician Assistant courses
  • Documented experience as a practicing clinician for at least 3 years
  • Terminal academic degree required (Master's degree); doctorate preferred
  • NCCPA certified Physician Assistant or eligible for licensure as a PA or MD/DO
  • Background in educational methodology and clinical practice relevant to teaching assignments
