NCDR Afib Registry Abstractor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced professionals, the full-time or part-time NCDR Afib Registry Abstractor will perform accurate and timely abstraction of cardiovascular registry data from patient medical records in a remote capacity, ensuring adherence to registry specifications and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the NCDR Afib Registry
• Applies registry specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining high abstraction accuracy
• Enters data into registry platforms and participates in quality assurance activities

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent NCDR Afib Registry abstraction experience
• Ability to independently abstract Afib cases using registry specifications
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review
• Experience working with multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and a PC or laptop with at least two monitors
