NCDR CathPCI Abstractor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced NCDR CathPCI Abstractors, the full-time or part-time remote position will involve reviewing patient medical records, applying registry specifications, and ensuring high accuracy in data abstraction for cardiovascular registries.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the NCDR CathPCI Registry
• Applies registry specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining a high level of abstraction accuracy
• Enters complete data into registry platforms and participates in quality assurance activities

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent NCDR CathPCI Registry abstraction experience
• Ability to independently abstract CathPCI cases using registry specifications and clinical documentation
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and medical record interpretation
• Experience working in multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and a PC or laptop with at least two monitors
