Job Summary

Seeking experienced NCDR CP/MI Registry Abstractors, the full-time or part-time remote position will involve reviewing patient medical records, applying registry specifications, and ensuring accurate data abstraction for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the NCDR CP/MI Registry
• Applies registry specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining high abstraction accuracy
• Enters data into registry platforms and participates in quality assurance activities

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent NCDR CP/MI Registry abstraction experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Experience with multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and a suitable computer setup
