Job Summary

Seeking experienced NCDR LAAO Registry Abstractors, the remote position offers full-time, part-time, or contractor opportunities focused on accurate cardiovascular registry abstraction for healthcare clients, requiring independent review of clinical documentation and adherence to registry specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the NCDR LAAO Registry
• Applies registry specifications and guidelines accurately while maintaining high levels of abstraction accuracy
• Enters data into registry platforms and participates in quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with client and data security requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent NCDR LAAO Registry abstraction experience
• Ability to independently abstract LAAO cases using registry specifications and clinical documentation
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and medical record interpretation
• Experience working with multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and a PC or laptop with at least two monitors
