NCDR TVT Registry Abstractor

Job Summary

To support accurate cardiovascular registry abstraction, experienced NCDR TVT Registry Abstractors will work remotely, either full-time or part-time, reviewing patient medical records, applying registry specifications, and ensuring high-quality data entry for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews patient medical records and abstracts data for the NCDR TVT Registry
• Applies registry specifications and abstraction guidelines accurately and consistently
• Maintains a high level of abstraction accuracy and meets assigned productivity expectations and deadlines

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent NCDR TVT Registry abstraction experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Experience with multiple EHRs and data collection systems
• Contractors must have high-speed secure internet and a PC or laptop with at least two monitors
