Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Contact Lens Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on contact lens fitting and design, addressing technical questions
• Custom design and recommend contact lenses based on patient needs and examination findings
• Collaborate with account executives and management to enhance customer service and product usage

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NCLE certification required
• 5 years of customer service experience with soft and GP lenses
• A minimum of 8 years of fitting experience in a clinical or lens design environment
• Hands-on experience with fitting tools and understanding of contact lens technology
