NCLEX Item Reviewer, RN Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an NCLEX Item Reviewer (all genders).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, provide feedback, and revise NCLEX items to ensure compliance with NCSBN standards and clinical accuracy
• Flag outdated or inaccurate content and suggest evidence-based revisions

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or DNP preferred
• Prior experience writing or reviewing NCLEX-style test items
• Familiarity with the current NCSBN NCLEX-RN Test Plan
• Experience as a nursing faculty member or clinical educator is a plus
