Key Responsibilities:

Write and review NCLEX-style questions and explanations
Collaborate with the content team to create a high-yield question bank
Ensure questions are at the application level or higher of Bloom's taxonomy

Required Qualifications:

At least 18 hours of a master's degree in nursing completed
3 years of nursing experience
Active, unencumbered RN license
Academic teaching and NCLEX-style question writing experience preferred
Available for 8+ hours per week
