A company is looking for an NCQA Accreditation Program Manager to lead accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with NCQA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, documentation, and compliance activities for NCQA accreditation
• Drive survey readiness and monitor performance metrics in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
• Conduct cross-functional governance activities to engage internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in healthcare or health plan quality management
• 3 years of related experience in a managed care organization or clinical setting
• 3 years of experience in project or program management
• Demonstrated experience in program planning, development, and evaluation
