Job Summary

Leading Health Plan Accreditation activities, the full-time NCQA Program Manager will ensure compliance with Member Experience and Credentialing standards while coordinating survey activities and driving organizational readiness in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, execution, and oversight of NCQA Health Plan Accreditation programs
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to monitor progress, risks, and compliance status
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on NCQA standards and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for compliance initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree
  • Direct experience with NCQA Health Plan Accreditation standards and survey processes
  • Experience in program or project management within healthcare, quality, or compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
