Job Summary
Leading Health Plan Accreditation activities, the full-time NCQA Program Manager will ensure compliance with Member Experience and Credentialing standards while coordinating survey activities and driving organizational readiness in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and oversight of NCQA Health Plan Accreditation programs
- Develop and maintain tracking tools to monitor progress, risks, and compliance status
- Serve as a subject matter expert on NCQA standards and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for compliance initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree
- Direct experience with NCQA Health Plan Accreditation standards and survey processes
- Experience in program or project management within healthcare, quality, or compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
