Job Summary

A company is looking for a NCQA Quality & Accreditation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for Utilization Management and Credentialing departments
  • Coordinate accreditation activities, including audits and reviews
  • Provide education and training on accreditation standards and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, accreditation, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accreditation standards
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to utilization management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and health plan systems
