Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid RN Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient symptoms and medical needs over the telephone using triage algorithms
• Guide patients to appropriate care levels and schedule appointments with healthcare providers
• Document patient information and maintain triage protocols in health record systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
• One year of healthcare experience preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the relevant state
• Must complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment
