NDA Contract Manager

Job Summary

NDA Contract Manager, an experienced professional is sought for a part-time contract role focused on managing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in a remote setting, requiring approximately 16 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs with third parties using established playbook guidelines
• Coordinate with IP counsel on escalated NDA reviews as needed
• Maintain and update NDA playbooks and internal guidance materials

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contract management or commercial contracting
• Strong experience negotiating and managing NDAs independently
• Experience using CLM systems; DocuSign CLM experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment
• Experience supporting legal or contracts teams within highly regulated industries is preferred
