NDA Contract Specialist
Job Summary
To support a high-volume review environment, the independent contractor NDA Contract Specialist will perform initial reviews of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with client-specific playbooks while leveraging AI-assisted tools, all in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Review a high-volume pipeline of NDAs and other commercial agreements, ensuring rapid turnaround and adherence to client-specific guidelines
- Utilize AI-powered review workflows, verifying and correcting AI-generated markups based on legal judgment
- Identify and flag confidentiality and commercial risks, maintaining accurate ticket status for seamless handoffs across shifts
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in legal contract review, particularly with NDAs under US or UK law
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology, with experience using AI tools in legal work
- Strong background in high-volume commercial contract review environments
- Ability to work accurately from detailed legal playbooks and escalate issues as needed
- Fluency in written and spoken legal English, with a strong command of legal terminology
