NDA Contract Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the quality of high-volume NDA reviews, the independent contractor NDA Contract Specialist will perform initial assessments of commercial agreements, utilizing AI tools and applying legal judgment in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial review of NDAs and other commercial agreements, ensuring rapid turnaround and adherence to client-specific playbooks
- Verify and correct AI-generated first-pass markups, making final decisions based on legal judgment
- Identify confidentiality and commercial risks in standard transactions and maintain accurate ticket status for efficient handoffs
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in legal contract review, specifically with NDAs under US or UK law
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology, with hands-on experience using AI tools in legal work
- Strong background in high-volume commercial contract review environments
- Ability to work accurately from detailed legal playbooks and escalate issues rather than making independent decisions
- LL.M. from a U.S. or UK institution preferred, but not required
