NDA Contract Specialist
Job Summary
To support a high-volume review process, the independent contractor NDA Contract Specialist will perform initial reviews of commercial agreements, including NDAs, utilizing AI-assisted workflows while ensuring adherence to client-specific playbooks in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial reviews of NDAs and other commercial agreements, ensuring rapid turnaround and compliance with client-specific guidelines
- Utilize AI-generated markups as a starting point for contract reviews, applying legal judgment to verify and correct before final sign-off
- Identify confidentiality and commercial risks in transactions, escalating non-standard terms to quality control for further review
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in legal contract review, specifically with NDAs under US or UK law
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume commercial contract review environments
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology, with practical experience using AI tools in legal work
- Strong ability to follow detailed legal playbooks and escalate issues outside established guidance
- LL.M. from a U.S. or UK institution preferred, but not required
