Nearshore Tech Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Nearshore Tech Lead, the fully remote position will architect and develop full-stack services for a new Flagship Platform, integrating with various vendor systems while providing technical leadership and setting engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and operate full-stack services and user experiences for loan origination and servicing
• Lead integrations with credit bureaus and third-party partners, managing operational runbooks and API configurations
• Set technical direction for the team, conducting design reviews and onboarding new engineers while ensuring performance and security standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven lead or senior individual contributor track record
• Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET backend and React/Next.js frontend development
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, RESTful API design, and SQL Server/T-SQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, and Docker
• Proficiency in daily AI tooling and strong English communication skills for collaboration with US stakeholders
