Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Nebraska Customer Service Representative will manage incoming phone calls, serve as the primary customer interface for inquiries, and act as a member advocate while navigating the complexities of insurance.

Key responsibilities
  • Interface with customers through various communication channels to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Research customer information using appropriate systems and resources to provide accurate responses
  • Stay current on regulations and product knowledge to ensure compliance and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service setting, preferably in health insurance
  • Ability to commit to 14 to 16 weeks of training
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
  • Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
  • Must reside in Nebraska or the immediate Omaha metro area at the time of application
