Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
• Advise corporate departments on legal matters and compliance with privacy laws and regulations
• Support merger and acquisition activities by preparing information for due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia State Bar
• Two or more years of related work experience
• Experience in privacy and data protection laws is preferred
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts is preferred
