Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Enrollment Specialist who will focus on customer outcomes through education and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with and educate individual health insurance consumers
• Foster relationships to enhance customer experiences and retention strategies
• Deliver proactive support and guidance to clients throughout the enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• Health insurance industry experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance is preferred
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Advocacy, Relationship Management, or similar roles is a plus
• Current life & health insurance license or ability to obtain it quickly
• Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders including employees and insurance carriers
• Former interns may be preferred candidates
