Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Manager (RN) - Obstetrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate member needs and recommend care plans to address barriers to care
- Develop and coordinate ongoing care plans with healthcare providers and community resources
- Monitor member progress and provide education on healthcare options and benefits
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in nursing or care management
- RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- Must reside within the state of Nebraska
- Availability for day shifts, Monday through Friday
