Nebraska Licensed Civil Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Nebraska Licensed Civil Project Manager, the full-time position will manage client relationships, lead civil engineering projects, and drive business growth while offering flexible work arrangements, including remote options.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, public-sector, and private clients throughout Nebraska
• Serve as Project Manager for a variety of civil engineering projects, leading teams from pursuit through design and construction
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities while preparing project approaches, scopes of work, and fee proposals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nebraska or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and prepare winning proposals
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project budgets and schedules
